By accessing or using लेJOBरख ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

लेJOBरख is an AI-powered career concierge platform that provides curated job listings, resume optimization, ATS scoring, cold email generation, and referral connections for college students and recent graduates in India.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, (b) scrape or auto-extract data from the platform, (c) share your account with others, (d) misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or (e) abuse the referral network by spamming professionals.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features (resume tailoring, cold emails, ATS analysis) provide suggestions and drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI outputs.

7. Job Listings Disclaimer

While we verify the authenticity of job listings, we do not guarantee employment outcomes. लेJOBरख is not an employer or recruitment agency. We are a discovery and optimization platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

लेJOBरख is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
