Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guaranteeon your first subscription payment. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
3. After the 7-Day Period
Refunds are not available for subscription payments made after the initial 7-day period. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Partial-month refunds are not provided.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@lejobrkh.com with your registered email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Card).
5. Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
